Puzzle Box follows recovering drug addict Kite, who runs away to a house in the woods to self-rehabilitate. Joined by her sister Olivia, who decides to document the process, strange things begin to happen as the layout of the house begins to mysteriously change, leaving both trapped in an inescapable, creepy puzzle box of a house.
