The film follows Juan (Alejandro Spitzer), in the desert region of the border between Colombia and Venezuela, where petrol smugglers known as „pimpineros” risk their lives transporting illegal fuel from one country to another. He is the youngest of three brothers caught up in this dangerous trade as he is forced to work for a sinister rival. Determined to uncover the terrifying secrets surrounding this no man’s land, Juan’s girlfriend Diana (Laura Osma) sets out to find the truth.
